Shipping Method and Fees: All orders are shipped using DHL Express at a flat rate fee of $19.95 for orders under $599, and FREE for orders of $599 or more.

Upon shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Please note that DHL Express is a reputable and secure courier service; however, we cannot assume responsibility for any issues that may occur after the order has been handed over for shipment. Any loss or damage during transit is beyond our control, and we shall not be held liable for such incidents.

Return Policy: At Premium Oud, we understand the significance of personal connection with oud fragrances. Therefore, to ensure the utmost satisfaction of our customers, we cannot accept returns on ouds and oud chips. Our products are 100% pure and meticulously weighed by the gram, guaranteeing the quality and quantity for each customer.

Imagine receiving a bottle of oud that was previously handled, opened, used, and tested by others, only to be returned for a refund and then sold to you. To preserve the exclusivity and authenticity of our ouds, we do not issue returns.

Customs and Import Taxes: We have extensive experience in international shipping, ensuring smooth compliance with regulations to ensure the swift and secure arrival of your order.

Customs policies and regulations may change over time, and if your order is selected for clearance processing, we are here to provide all the necessary assistance and documentation.

Should a random clearance event occur, the courier can handle clearance processing for a nominal fee of $10 to $15. Additionally, the parcel may be subject to local import taxes, which the courier or agency will collect directly.
